Steel is one of the most recyclable materials in the world. At the end of its service life steel frames can be 100% recycled to make new steel.
Key Features
Construction Benefits
Cost effective: Producing frames in the factory reduces time and labour on site. Cut to length material reduces in-field cuts waste on site to near zero. Easy to install: All frames are 89mm or 150mm @ .75 steel, fully assembled or kit form, all numbered and supplied with shop drawings for ease of erection. All parts are dimpled, notched and pre-punched screw holes to enable ease of assembly. Framing members are manufactured with pre-punched holes for running piping and electrical wiring, minimizing preparation work for other trades. Uniform quality: Steel materials are manufactured to strict standards of strength and consistency.
Strong and lightweight:
Due to the “C” type section G350 or G550 (high tensile) steel utilized
for studs and tracks the strength is second to none and taking into
consideration steel framing can only weigh one-third as much as
traditional products. Easy to modify: Being that the product is steel; any last minute changes can be done on site. |
